INSTRUCTIONS

Terms:

* All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
* We are not responsible for lost mails sent via normal postage.
* We are not responsible for damaged mails but oversea order will be bubble-wrapped before sending.

How to order:

1. All enquiries and orders, please direct to hazelbridal@yahoo.com.sg (cc. hazelbridal@hotmail.com)
2. All emails will be replied within 1.5 days.
3. After receiving a confirmation from us, please make a full payment (items' price + postage charge).
Note: Available items can be reserved for 1 or 2 days depending on stock, and will be put back for sale if payment is not received within that time.
4. Email us the payment details (transaction ref) and your address.
5. Items will be dispatched within 2 working days after receiving cleared payment.

Delivery mode:

* Normal postage: default delivery mode
* Registered postage: optional, with additional $2.25/order on top of the normal postage (tracking no will be informed thru email after items are mailed out)

Payment mode:

Singapore Customers:
UOB/ DBS/ POSB/ MayBank bank transfer.
Oversea Customers:
Paypal (Paypal service charge of 3.9% + SGD0.5 is applicable)
